Warranty Information

1-YEAR HARDSCAPE WARRANTY

1-year warranty on settling for standard hardscape installations.

10-year settling warranty for engineer-designed retaining walls.

Warranty is void if recommended drainage specifications are not followed.

Load-bearing structures (pergolas, sheds, etc.) installed on concrete:

• Must be disclosed in writing before work begins.

• Failure to disclose may compromise structural integrity and void warranty.
CONCRETE WARRANTY

    120-day warranty from project completion, provided invoice is paid in full.

    Covers major workmanship defects, including:

    Cracks greater than ¼ inch

    Scaling

    Spalling

    Not covered:

    • Hairline cracks smaller than ¼ inch

    • Color variations or mismatches between pours

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Damage from chemicals or improper maintenance

    Homeowner is responsible for regular concrete resealing.

    Tree roots near concrete can cause cracking and are not warrantable.

    PLANT WARRANTY

    No general plant warranty.

    Trees over 15 gallons may qualify only if:

    • An operational irrigation system is installed

    Special order plants are not warrantied, including:

    • Perennials

    • Shrubs

    • Trees

    Warranty limits:

    • One-time replacement per property

    No warranty for plant damage caused by:

    • Acts of God (tornadoes, floods, extreme weather)

    • Wildlife (rabbits, deer, pets)

    • Poor maintenance or improper care

    • Theft or chemical misuse
