Drainage & Water Mitigation

Q: What is the difference between "Drainage" and "Water Mitigation"?

A: Drainage typically refers to moving water through pipes, such as French drains or downspout extensions. Water Mitigation and Regrading involve reshaping the land itself (the “grade”) to ensure water naturally flows away from your foundation. We offer both services and will determine which solution (or combination) is right for your specific water issues.

Q: My basement gets wet when it rains. Can you help?

A: While we do not perform indoor waterproofing, we address the root cause of the problem outside. By correcting negative grading, installing swales, or implementing French drains, we stop water from pooling against your foundation in the first place, often resolving the issue before it enters your home.
